Starting September 13:

George Washington Bridge – lower level reopens at 4 AM; upper level is already open in both directions.

Lincoln Tunnel – open in both directions as of 3 AM.

Holland Tunnel – closed.

Staten Island Bridges: Bayonne, Goethals and Outerbridge Crossing – open in both directions (construction suspended).

Toll collection (including E-ZPass) is in effect at all Port Authority tunnels and bridges as of 3 AM.

Port Authority Bus Terminal – reopens at 5:30 AM; regular weekday service resumes at 6 AM.

George Washington Bridge Bus Station - open, including Coach USA, Rockland and NJ Transit service.
