Software downloads
Yale offers some software to its community for free. This software is specially licensed and configured, so it must not be distributed outside the Yale community. A Yale NetID and password are required to download from the ITS software site.
Students and faculty looking for certain Microsoft products should check the Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance site to see if the title they seek is covered by the program and thus available at no charge.
Help and repair
Walk-in help and repair is available on the Medical School campus at the Computing and Media Center (CMC). Visit the Computing and Media Center website for further information on services and products.
